Villahouse Liboc

Hipped end roof with dormer windows, coloured facade in a shade of
sand, white-lined wooden windows, atypical semicircular dining rooms -
these all are attributes typical for the „Villahouse Liboc". The
project was designed specifically for clients desiring to live in a
calm, quiet locality surrounded by beautiful natural scenery such as
Obora Hvězda Park, surroundings of the Liboc Pond or natural
reservation Divoká Šárka with good transport connection to the centre.
Residential House u Kunratickeho lesa (by Kunratice Forest)

A four-floor building equipped with a hydraulic lift offered 18 housing
units ranging from 22 to 140 sq.m. All apartments have spacious
terraces with panoramic views of Kunratický les (Kunratice Forest) and
rich green of the surrounding gardens. In addition the ground-floor
apartments had their own gardens creating separate natural background.
Villa Tercia Střešovice

Functionalistic villa has been projected with one floor embedded in a
slope and with three above-ground floors, each offering one housing
unit with floorage ranging from 85 to 128 sq.m. In 2002, Villa Tercia
was awarded the second place in the competition Best of Realty,
Residential Projects Category.
Apartment House Panorama Barrandov

The project differs from the surrounding stereotypical, unoriginal and
uniform prefab housing. A nine-floor building was shaped like a ship
with main dominant comprising four generously designed maisonette
apartments. Owners of the largest penthouse suite called “Ellipse” of
262 sq.m. use and enjoy an exceptionally spacious terrace with size of
182 sq.m. with a beautiful view of green areas.
Complex of Row Family Houses and Apartments Na Fialce II

The project is situated in a quiet locality, surrounded by greenery,
with good transportation accessibility. In four stages of the said
project, a total of 48 row family houses and 61 housing units were
built up. These were three-floor family houses with garages and gardens
and apartment houses divided into three separate housing units; the
ground-floor housing units had their own gardens.
Housing By Forest

The housing complex consists of three low-storeyed buildings with a
total of 49 non-traditionally designed and above-standard equipped
apartments with areas ranging from 40 to 120 sq.m. with balconies,
terraces or gardens. The apartment house is projected along the K Lesu
(To Forest) Street and - as the name of this street indicates - the
project profits most from the vicinity of the protected territory of
the local forest park.
Apartment House Mikulova

The clients might choose from among a total of 53 in a practical manner
designed apartments of various layouts, with sizes ranging from 37 to
105 sq. m. available at very reasonable prices. In the vicinity of the
house the central green area of Jižní Město (Southern Town) is located,
as well as the Hostivař Nature Park and Dam. Good transport
accessibility to the city centre is an unquestionable advantage of this
project.
Atrium Villas Císařka – Phase I

Phase I comprised four luxury row villas whose internal floorage ranges
from 338 to 371 sq.m. with one floor partially embedded in the slope,
and with three above-ground floors. In three phases a total of 13
atrium villas will be built up, representing the current top modern
architecture. In their projecting, the architects placed more emphasis
on the airy and light interior and simple but elegant exterior trim.
Materials and equipment used in the villas are high quality above the
standard.
Atrium villas Cisarka - Phase II. and III.

On the southern slopes of Prague Strahov, in the exceptional
locality of forest park, 13 luxurious atrium villas will be built in
the near future. From the point of view of their atypical architecture,
these villas will represent the top of present modern architecture.
Having projected these villas, the architects, in particular, put
emphasis on the bright airy interior and elegant simple exterior. A
habitable room (future bedroom or study) on the 3rd above-ground floor
(except for Stage III), with a large roof terrace suitable for
meditation and organizing social "soirees", is then just the icing on
the cake.
Each villa will have its own front garden that will separate the
house from the otherwise quiet communication to be used only by
inhabitants of the Pod Císařkou street. The gardens situated behind the
individual houses will provide privacy and space for everyday relax in
the green.
This project will guarantee so hardly today realizable, but by
clients preferred requirement for urban living in a new building of a
villa with a garden (which is more typical for peripheries of Prague)
that is located in the close vicinity of the Prague centre.
