We highly appreciate the readers' interest and are very pleased with it. We believe that it testifies to the quality of project and especially to its atypical architectural conception. Prestige and media publicity of the competition intensifies the pleasure of the award gained, and it is at the same time enormous motivation towards our further work.

Best of Realty competition began in 1999 and since the date it was established it has been recording and evaluating realties realized in the Czech Republic that were newly developed or underwent radical reconstruction. The competition Best of Realty evaluates the projects that are representing, in a significant way, success and skills of architects, constructors, designers, developers and, last but not least, real estate agents when selling or leasing them.

This concerns an exhibition of new administrative projects, reconstructed office space, commercial centers, hotels and residential projects. An exceptional project, regardless of category, is at the same time awarded a Special Jury Award for its significant contribution to the Czech realty and developers market. The Award of Media Partners' Readers [Readers Choice Award] has been awarded since 2004."
